Here I am wasting time on the computer again. I take too many "breaks." I need to start learning to work through more things before taking a break. My "b" is sticking. The air outside is lovely and smells of orange blossoms. If I had more sleep I would have went to hike or something. "IF" I am starting to plan things out.
I need:
to be asleep by 11 p.m.
to exercise before bed, shower, do hair
wake up and feel yummy and well-rested
errands, work, grade
be able to visit friends a couple of times a week without getting freaked out and stressed
shop for food better, although it's not been bad
stop putting things off
