Single strand of dampness hair,so tangled sticky taught.
Single trickle of warmness blood,
so red and prickly wrought.
Lead me to your severed head,
your face a quirky, smiley blue.
Upon your neck a deathly kiss,
from Jesus' blade, remember you?
Bring me down your so marred length
preserved immortal upon a lane.
Once my angel sweetest rosy,
reduced to flesh, the angel slain.
Painful sight to you behold
from beauty comes a dying form.
All this from His glistening
blade, just yesterday your jugular shorn.
